Fresh Breath Lip Balm

2 Tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon beeswax granules
10 drops vitamin e oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil

Heat water in a deep pot to hot but not boiling. Place beeswax into a heatproof glass measuring cup with a handle, such as a pyrex cup, and hook the handle of the cup onto the side of the pot to form a double boiler. The bottom two inches of the heatproof cup should be submerged in water—add more water to the pot, or remove some water if necessary, to adjust to the correct level. The hot water will heat the cup and melt the beeswax. Stir the canola oil and vitamin E oil into the meted beeswax using a chopstick or some other non-metal tool. Remove the glass cup from the heat, quickly add the peppermint essential oil and stir. Before the mixture starts to cool and harden, pour it into empty chapstick style lip balm to harden and cool, then cap the lip balm containers.
